No Food or Beverage Please:

Happy Visit:
We do our best to give your child the best quality dental care in a safe and caring environment. For parents and children who may be a little apprehensive, we offer a happy visit. During this short visit, the parent and child have an opportunity to view the office before any appointment is made. This gives both the parent and child an opportunity to see if this is the best environment for the child’s dental care. If it is not, we will do our best to refer you to an office that may be more fitting for your needs.

Online Forms:
At least 1-2 days before your 1st scheduled appointment or for any recall appointments, please login and fill out the required forms needed for your visit. Our office will receive these forms electronically, and you will sign them in the office on the day of your appointment. Please carefully read and print out any instructions needed before attempting to fill out the forms. Please call our office with any questions or for any help with this process. Forms need to be filled out for each child that has an appointment.

Appointments:
We recognize that your time is valuable, therefore we make a concerted effort to begin appointments on time. So please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or the scheduled treatment for that day may not be completed. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance so that we can offer that time to another child in need of treatment. Missed appointment fees are only imposed if you give us insufficient notice. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this matter.

During Treatment:
At Kidz Korner, we encourage children to be allowed back to the treatment area by themselves as this builds autonomy and trust. We have found that children typically do better without a parent present. If you do choose to accompany your child, we can only allow 1 parent back with the child. If you plan to be with your child, please make arrangements for your other children. Please do not leave any children unattended in the reception area. No cell phones are allowed in the treatment area. For the safety of the unborn child, pregnant mothers are not allowed with their child during x-rays and administration of nitrous oxide (laughing gas).

Payment for Services:
Payment is due at the time of service including any account balances or any amount not covered by your insurance company. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit. We do not accept checks in the office. Established patients may also pay their balances online by credit card or electronic check.

Insurance:
Patients with dental insurance must provide accurate and complete insurance information at least 1-2 days before the day of your scheduled appointment in order to verify your coverage and file your claim for you. If this insurance information is not received before the day of the appointment, the parent/guardian is responsible for the entire payment on the day of the appointment. Your insurance company has 30 days to pay your claim. The parent or guardian is responsible for the balance of any claim not paid after 30 days. A more detailed financial policy form is included with the new patient forms and should be read before your child’s first appointment. Please call us with any questions or concerns.
